SmartWool and Royal Robbins Quickly Adopt Elastic SuiteOutdoor performance apparel brands, SmartWool and Royal Robbins have chosen Elastic Suite as the tool to help their sales teams drive revenue while reducing print costs.
The Elastic team joined SmartWool and Royal Robbins at their 2016 Spring Sales Meetings to train employees on how Elastic Suite can effectively enhance the B2B sales process. With the help of brand leadership, employees learned how to create custom catalogs, build whiteboards, and log orders under Elastic's visual selling experience.
During a team merchandising exercise, sales reps embraced our whiteboard feature to help build custom assortments for their customers. Now reps enter the pre-book season arm'd with thoughtful assortments provided by channel managers, drastically improving the sell in process.
